Body Meat

Since creating the moniker in 2016, Chris Taylor's releases as Body Meat have functioned like musical sandboxes, each very distinct from the other, with different dimensions and house rules. Enamored with multi-instrumentalist pop iconoclasts from Stevie Wonder to Ryuichi Sakamoto, the Utah-born, Maryland-raised Taylor began working in earnest on music in his early 20s, practicing instruments to find his own singular feel on them. After a musical coming-of-age period playing in art-rock bands in Denver, he set out on his own with the intention of making each of his releases sound like a new and unfamiliar landscape—a broadcast from somewhere outside of any scene or record collection.

Boko Yout

Boko Yout is the outsider infiltrating the mainstream. Fronted by Paul Adamah, the genre-defying Swedish band has carved out a unique sonic territory with Afro Grunge – a fearless fusion of punk-funk grooves, raw alt-rock energy, and eccentric experimentalism. Their art is unapologetic and in-your-face, yet rooted in a message of inclusivity, self-fulfilment, and intentional living.

With his latest single ”9-2-5”, Boko Yout has cemented a powerful momentum ahead of his debut album. The track landed on some of Spotify’s most prestigious global playlists, and earlier this year, Adamah was named an ambassador for Spotify’s global GLOW playlist – a campaign celebrated with a billboard in Times Square, New York.
