This screening is part of the Barbican events programme for Leandro Erlich's Dalston House installation. It will be preceded by a filmed personal address by the artist, describing his relationship to the film and how the film has inspired his own work. With a screenplay by novelist Graham Greene, this iconic tale of intrigue sets legendary auteur Orson Welles against a backdrop of shadows and secrecy. What begins as an investigation into a mysterious death becomes so much more, as the audience must navigate through a tangled web of lies culminating in a climactic finale.
