Sagome presents sonic artist and musician Francesco Fonassi, and French artist Clarice Calvo-Pinsolle, aka Lamina.
Quasai is the solo project of sonic artist and musician Francesco Fonassi (Spettro/Villa Recordings/Canti Magnetici). Dealing with analog synthesizers, tapes and acoustic instruments within a feral yet complex approach to mixing and dubbing, Quasai's live act brings the audience into a remote, cubistic entanglement aiming for a form of discrete hypno-magnetism. His first self-titled LP will be out on Les Giants label in spring 2024, produced at EMS Stockholm on Buchla 200 synthesizers and mixed at IAC Malmö and Spettro studio, mastered by Marta Salogni and Matt Bordin.

Lamina is the moniker of French artist Clarice Calvo-Pinsolle. In Basque mythology, it is a half-human, half-animal spirit that dwells in the forest. Essentially a nocturnal creature, it lives in caves and close to water sources and creeks. In the same way, Lamina’s music is swampy and growling, a living and ever-evolving imaginary ecosystem. Textures, effects and field-recordings blend together in a simple manner creating these personal landscapes. Her first album Amalur was released in 2021 on Complex Holiday and her latest work Bajo Tierra was published on Wabi-Sabi Tapes in 2023.

Born and raised in London, sound engineer, record collector and DJ, Theo Grant's musical tastes reflect, and are influenced by the city he resides. Having spent most of the last 15 years ambling through record shops across the UK and Europe, his music offers a unique experience, mixing a multitude of genres and feelings.
