Resonance FM and Extra present a two-day festival of fundraising by the crème de la crème of London's experimental music and avant-garde performance scenes. These events are kindly curated by Kinn (17th October) and Will Hall of Dig That Treasure! (18th October).

After a year in its new home near London Bridge, Resonance is currently raising funds to expand its busy studio into a suite of three spaces equipped for live broadcast. Resonance FM offers London 100+ regular weekly programmes of a staggeringly wide-ranging kind, while the free-from alternative to the alternative that is Resonance Extra reaches out on small-scale DAB to Brighton & Hove, Cambridge, Greater London, Norwich, King's Lynn and Peterborough. Both stations attract nearly a million online listeners a year in over 100 countries. This grassroots global phenomenon relies on its outstanding pool of volunteer broadcasters: their gratis contributions to freedom of expression have garnered Resonance the prestigious Gold Award as Audio UK's "Network of the Year" for three years running. Resonance recently featured in a best-selling edition of the Big Issue curated by 10Foot, Britain’s most prolific graffiti tagger, with contributions from staff, contributors and fans.

Rocheman

Jordan Mallory-Skinner's Rocheman alias delivers elegance in outsized quantities but with a delicate touch. Sitting somewhere in the midpoint between 80s sophistipop/soul, 90s slowcore and the perfectionism of Mark Hollis, for live performances such as this one Rocheman become a quartet, including Kinn who performs Guitar in the band.

Kinn

Kinn's tongue-in-cheek ‘dread-voyeurism’ has become a go-to for many seeking the weird and the eerie in their home city of London, finding their origins in the class struggles of early 00s Tottenham. Influences pulled from the guitar music of their youth are unmistakable counterparts to Kinn's contemporary electronic aesthetics, deft musicianship, and state-of-the-art sound design. Kinn brings their distinguished solo show to OTO, developed for joining Factory Floor on their recent UK tour, including shows at Salford's legendary White Hotel, the performance is a cross hair of IDM drum machine wizardry, smokey chorus laced guitar anthems and sonicly atomised memes, played at boisterous levels.

Mohammed Rowe / Delia Detritus / Christos Stylianides (Ensemble)

M.Rowe (Laptop/Electronics), a London-born artist, intricately weaves the tapestry of sound to articulate his expressions and foster communication. D.Detritus (Percussion) is an improvising musician and sculptor, based in South London. She performs solo with vocals and modular synthesizers, and plays drums in the band Meat Strap. Hailing from Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, C.Stylianides (Trumpet & Electronics) is a prolific collaborator and performer working under numerous aliases. Curated by Kinn, the 3 distinguished instrumentalists will perform together for the first time, fully improvised.

Cornelia Isaksson / Beatrice Vorster / Yasmin Vardi , (film screening of "we don’t teach you how to dance here")

We don’t teach you how to dance here is a remake of Argento’s 1977 Suspiria. The film centers around Susie Bannion as she learns how to perform the role of the protagonist. Her imitation of key moments in the film runs alongside quotations of the original’s distinctive visual style and auditory hauntings of Argento’s cinematic influences. Cornelia Isaksson is a Berlin based artist and theater maker working with language, rhythm, and dramaturgy. Beatrice Vorster & Yasmin Vardi are experimental filmmakers based in London.

Glint Music (DJs / label showcase)

glint music is a label that has released music since 2023. founded and headed up by jb glazer (with underboss excel dj helping w quality control) they release music that is sonically diverse but connected by a through-line; an interest in the nature of memory and physicality, on the internet and beyond (past present and future). Providing atmosphere between live acts, Glazer enrols various label affiliates to join them DJing throughout the night, including Excel DJ and "Soko" a familiar act with an unfamiliar name.
