No Longer Available

Elliott Levin:

Elliott is the ubiquitous Philadelphia musician. He has played with everyone...reading his poetry into his flute, literally, improvising with Charles Cohen, Rick Iannacone, and New Ghost, the list is long. Elliott studied music and creative writing at the University of Oregon. He also studied extensively with Michael Guera (former saxophonist with the Philadelphia Orchestra), Cecil Taylor (pianist/composer/

improviser), and Claire Polin (flutist/composer). Elliott has performed with groups including Cecil Taylor's Ensemble, Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes, Odeon Popes' Sax Choir, Scram!, New Ghost, Atzilut (Fourth World), and Talking Free Bebop.

The Rick Jensen Quartet:

The Rick Jensen Trio/Quartet was started in 1999, an improvising group, creating spontaneous music, making every performance completely unique. Originally formed in Wellington, New Zealand, Rick Jensen is now based London and there are various musicians who come and go from the group, the line-up can change with each performance. The music is inspired as much by European improv and American free jazz. Rick is also a member of I-C-E an improvising clarinet ensemble, Nova Scotia a free form abstract trio and founded The Radioactive Ensemble an international music/art collective.
