To sign up please first create an account on the Cafe OTO website (click on "LOG IN / SIGN UP" in the top right of the screen) and then email info@cafeoto.co.uk with the heading "CONCESSION MEMBERSHIP" and we'll set that up for you, no questions asked. The membership will last for a year, and if you're still in need of it at that point you can just email us again.
