Squares and Triangles began 10 years ago, starting with experiments on a 4-track in a remote Swedish barn. In the ensuing decade, they have developed a language of improvised song-making, drawing from the histories of jazz and improvised music, 1980s American punk, and Scandinavian pop.
After 2015’s “Hg” LP, released on Oh, they have recently put out a new LP called “Lilt”, on Danish imprint Kiosk 7.
