Mary Hampton

Announcing the launch gig for Mary Hampton's debut album 'My Mother's Children', August 11th, Cafe Oto.

Just before her first time playing at the Greenman Festival this year, Mary is launching her debut album at Cafe Oto. After a couple of homemade self-release EPs of traditional English folk songs (called simply Book One and Book Two) and a couple of years on the road playing great shows around the UK and in America alongside the likes of Alasdair Roberts, Diane Cluck, Tom Brosseau and Baby Dee, her first full-length album of original songs, 'My Mother's Children', is released in record shops on August 4th on Navigator Records.

David Thomas Broughton

David has been intoxicating audiences all over Europe with his surprising brand of crooning performance art for a while now. A favourite spectacle for many at last year's End of the Road festival, his style is far better experienced in person than described in text....

Leafcutter John

Leafcutter John has the ability to apparently build a song from your own imagination right before your very eyes, using a great and strange array of surprising self-made musical instruments. He has also eaten cake live on the radio, and plays in the band Polar Bear.

Caroline Weeks

Caroline's solo performances are rare and very beautiful, capable of transporting even the most cynical ear to another place entirely. Her recent EP 'Five Songs' is out on Manimal Vinyl in America, and is made up of settings of 20's-poetess Edna St Vincent Millay's work. She is also a member of the band Bat for Lashes.
