Land of Kings is a brand new music festival that loves Dalston as much as you do (or ought to). A two-night celebration of the people and places that make this part of London special, think of it as a street’s worth of house parties packed with the finest locally sourced talent.

Taking you gently by the hand then running you down Dalston’s main drag, Land of Kings will mix favourite spaces with undiscovered gems; from cafés to basement clubs, warehouses to forgotten pubs. And did we mention Stoke Newington International Airport? (No passport required. No 100ml rule)

Keeping it local, most of Land of Kings’ artists, DJs, promoters and labels have connections with the area, or call the place home. And the soundtrack? A genre-busting melting pot of afro, disco, gypsy punk, electro, jazz and techno. ‘All-you-can-eat’ for your ears and feet..

Speaking of eating, no Dalston jaunt would be complete without taking in the area’s ocakbasi and mangals, some of which’ll be offering festival specials to those with wristbands; fine fare fit for a King.
