Innovative US trumpet/clarinet twosome makes a rare UK visit, augmented by two distinctive UK improvisers. Both Daniel and Marcus have been free jazz movers and shakers since the 70s; Daniel with Andrew Cyrille, Archie Shepp and Sam Rivers, and Marcus with Jaki Byard and Sonny Simmons. Duology explore improv with a real sense of the jazz tradition, here combining with guitarist John Jasnoch and drummer Charlie Collins.
