Pleased to welcome back Chicago-based, experimental trio, Bitchin Bajas!
Emerging in 2010 as Cooper Crain’s solo project, the group soon expanded with Rob Frye (flute, saxophone, clarinet) and Dan Quinlivan on synthesizers. Their sound fuses drones, analog textures, repetitive patterns, and organic timbres, drawing on the legacy of kosmische, ambient, and minimalist music. Over the years they have collaborated with artists such as Natural Information Society and Bonnie “Prince” Billy, while gaining support from outlets like the BBC, Wire, and Uncut.
