Magnús was born in Reykjavík in 1972, he graduated from the Aarhus school of Architecture in 2004 and has since 2006 run his own architect studio. Magnus has given numerous lectures on sustainable architecture, residential housing, urban planning and classical geometry, and has taught at the Iceland Academy of the Arts and taken part in various committee work for the Architects’ Association of Iceland. Magnús has also studied visual arts and music and his music has been performed in various places around the world.
