Love-Songs is a live band: drums, bass, and electronics interlock to create hypnotic, shimmering soundscapes.
For many years, the Hamburg-based trio consisting of Thomas Korf (electronics, vocals), Sebastian Kokus (bass), and Manuel Chittka (drums, percussion) has been refining their sound, weaving elements of Krautrock, dub, new wave, jazz, and cosmic music into a unique Love-Songs amalgam.
To date, they have released three albums on labels such as Bureau B and Phase Group, as well as various EPs. Now, with GUMO, a new release is coming out on London/Glasgow/ Berlin based quality imprint Phase Group. With GUMO the group continues to explore the boundaries of free improvisation and electronic textures, adopting a more radical approach within the tension between grid-based structures and free form.

Stella Z is a London-based composer, producer, and DJ hailing from China, crafting immersive, narrative-driven soundscapes that blend organic, tribal, industrial, and electronic experimentation. Designed to engage both body and mind, her sets move in waves, inviting outward movement while drawing reflection inward through tension and slow-burning momentum. She is active in both DJ and Live on European and Asian club, sound space and festivals circuits. With two albums to her name, her work has been featured by The Vinyl Factory, BBC Radio 6 Music, Bandcamp Daily, and The Wire, among others. An emerging voice within underground electronic music, Mixmag named her an Artist to Check Out in 2024. Her live DJ sets have been highlighted as “Mix of the Day” by Resident Advisor.
