Incus Records is presenting a festival of improvised music featuring some of its finest musicians there will be solos, duos and trios plus ad hoc Company groupings devised by the musicians each evening.
Incus Records was established in 1970 and was the first independent, musician run record company in Britain. The policy is centred on improvisation. The musicians take
part in every aspect of the record's production, not only the music, but artwork, design ideas, production, and the subsequent promotion of the release. Incus has issued over 100 recordings on formats as various as LPs, EPs, reel to reel tapes, cassettes, CDs videos and DVDs.
