Wetroom

With a creative relationship spanning nearly half a decade, Isaac Robertson and Jack Elliot Barton have always gravitated towards uncanny horizons in their collective sonic exploration.

Combining the received wisdom of cross-cultural improvised music contexts and sound art practices, their performances have shapeshifted between multi-instrumental improvisations, digital interactive performance environments, and small ensemble composition for the experimental groove quartet Nonstatic.

Returning to the piano and saxophone, Wetroom sheds new light on this traditional pairing with a collection of recently recorded compositions and indeterminate constructions.
