Joe Rinaldo Heffernan

Joe Rinaldo Heffernan is an artist, singer/songwriter, composer, and multi-instrumentalist from Northwest Arkansas. He has performed his solo work and collaborated with other artists including Juliana Huxtable, Ahya Simone, Emilia Wang, in prestigious venues all over the world, including the MoMA (NY), Performance Space (NY), Rubin Museum (NY), 47 Canal (NY), Artists Space (NY), The Armory (NY), Julia Stoschek Collection (Berlin), Fundação Serralves (Porto), Arika Episode 8, Refuse Powers Grasp (Glasgow), and many more. He also regularly performs at music festivals and nightclubs, including Roskilde Festival (Denmark), Rewire (The Hague), Spectrum (NY), Shock Value (NY) and Jing Fong (Chinatown NYC). Heffernan has also composed original scores for film and commercials; clients include Lululemon. He also toured as the drummer for the band Paris Suit Yourself, under the London based record label Big Dada/Ninja Tune. His first solo EP is featured on Hoss Records NYC. In 2019, Heffernan was a Jerome Foundation recipient during his residency at Performance Space New York. He is currently in production of his full length album to be released this fall, 2021.
