Milo Thesiger-Meacham (b.1997) is an artist working with both sound and visuals. He recently exhibited in Nurri, Sardinia, where he was artist-in-residence as part of this summer’s Su Bixinau, showing Entry Wound, a project about bullet holes, and performing It’s a Fly Not a Wasp, a solo electro-magnetic work for guitar pickup and two toothbrushes. His recent Fight! at Iklectik Arts Lab, London, comprised an amplified armed combat between two gladiator re- enactors. He is currently collaborating with a shooting club on a new audio/visual project, and as a researcher and writer he is studying the sound of cicadas in human history. For Resofest, he presents Roadkill, a new work about physical exertion and accident, consisting of handheld film footage, a narrated account of a road injury and a musical motif composed on a harmonium.
