We’re looking for a new Senior Producer to help plan our programme and make it happen.
Since we opened in 2008, Cafe OTO has developed an international reputation for hosting adventurous live music seven nights a week. Whoever takes this role will play an essential part in ensuring that it remains vital.
OTO Projects is the Community Interest Company (CIC) set up to manage the programme at Cafe OTO. It employs a small team of staff to do this work.
The Senior Producer is a key member of the OTO Projects team. The post-holder will work to conceive, deliver, oversee and evaluate the core programme of over 300 events a year both at the venue and beyond.

The Senior Producer, will be asked to look at and evaluate how these strands work together, compliment one another and form a cohesive programme of events.
Using a range of formats, including one off events, artist residencies, festivals, discussions and workshops, the person who holds this post will be expected to produce and manage projects which are in line with OTO Projects’ artistic vision and direction and to report to the Executive Directors.
In addition to this the Senior Producer will be asked to work on short, medium and long term organisational strategic planning to ensure that the programme remains relevant and financially sustainable.
The Senior Producer will be expected to actively form and develop relationships with new and existing partners and to initiate new projects at local, national and international levels.
This is a hands-on role in terms of delivering a portfolio of OTO Projects events and encompasses all aspects of event production, management and promotion.
