No Longer Available

CARIDAD RECORDS presents in London their first Sound Edition with Ivvvo, Lolina, Dan Mitchell, Conor Thomas, Acolytes, Lowkey and Ana(3). New album to be released digitally in August 2017 with Lolina, Oliver Coates, Dedekind Cut, IVVVO, N-Prolenta, Joanne Robertson, Dave Saved, Chicken & Amalia Ulman and Flora Yin-Wong.

IVVVO
Discusses his intense hymn to teenage angst, millennial anxiety, and the agony of global political crisis. All this has served to create his own idea of electro- nic music: “Electronic music today is an integral part of our daily existence: clubs are our temples of escapism and cracked copies of Ableton have become tools of global creative liberation”.

Ivo Pacheco is one of these brave new voices, his proposal represents the instant celebrity culture and generational anxiety.

CONOR THOMAS
A member of the team at Boomkat in Manchester, where he also has a hand in the The Death of Rave and Boomkat Editions labels, beside DJing and promoting the Fiktion [Faktion] raves and smoking loads of tabs.

LOLINA & DAN MITCHELL
Hard Mag is a magazine started in 2004 and is beyond reason. Its latest issue "Poison Gas" compiles images first shown as prints at Galerie God in 2014. Dan Mitchell will present a promotional video for the issue which contemplates the emptiness of experience and experience of emptiness, the expectation of an adventure which will never happen.

The soundtrack to the film is Lolina's VIP edit of "Last Days of Being a Wanker". The original mix of the song was track number six on her "Live in Paris" LP. The album was released in 2016 as a video which featured footage of live visuals by Dan Mitchell:

The new issue of Hard Mag, "Poison Gas", will be available on the night. CD version of Lolina's "Live in Paris" will also be for sale.

ACOLYTES
Acolytes is a London based producer whose music probes a wide variety of forms both past and present to concoct a blurred mindspace. His work spiral around their own schizophrenic logic creating a haze of suggested melody and an ebbing system of deferrals.

After well received mixes on BCR, NTS and Blowing Up the Workshop, and live dates with Helm, Drew McDowall, Inga Copeland (Lolina) and John T. Gast. He is following up with some scattered dates around Europe and forthcoming releases on Alter and 5 Gate Temple.
