Sottovoce is a London-based experimental live platform focused on showcasing groundbreaking acts with a combination of "un-amplified" acts (jazz, improv and traditional folk) in one space alternating with “louder” acts (generally of "noise music" or guitar-based amplifications) on the other.
Sottovoce aims to present, introduce and showcase challenging, out of the ordinary musical acts trying to expose the experimental musical genre to new audiences whilst maintaining the familiar crowd interested in new forms of presentation.
Sottovoce is now in its third edition, the first festival of experimental music taking place in multiple venues and over a long weekend.
Screenings will now be shown across all evenings/days intermittently
Full running order of every day/night is here: http://sottovocefestival.org/sv2010.pdf
