"Japanese Style Tapas" - A unique style of small dishes that are easy to eat anytime. Japas Food avilable on the selected gigs.
Our chef Atsuko creates authentic and healthy Japanese dishes. You don't need chopsticks to eat Japas, and there's no need for formal seating - you can move and drink while you're eating
This idea is from Japan, where
there are a variety of small dishes
available in pubs and bars frequented by Japanese businessmen, who love to have a light meal with a drink after work.
Sample Menu -
Teriyaki Chicken and leek on skewers, sprinkled with sansho ( Japanese pepper ) - 3 Egg balls packed with salmon, dill, and umami flavour on skewers - Organic tofu dip with Roasted vegetables - Edamame - Omusubi ( rice ball of the day ) - Kushi age ( deep fried vegetables, seafood, meat coat with panko on skewers.) - Mini humburger with original sauce Menu changes depending on the event.
