Café Oto is run by a very small team of people and we receive many e-mails every day from both musicians and promoters requesting concerts. Although we do our best to consider proposals sent to us we simply don't have time to respond to all the request we receive. We are therefore unlikely to respond to unsolicited e-mails. Please check our programme before contacting us.

Can I buy advance tickets in person?
Sorry, but in order to keep our costs down, we only sell advance tickets online.
What time does the concert start?
The music usually starts about 45 minutes after doors open.
The website says X is sold out. Is that really true?
Yes. We do not usually reserve tickets for sale on the door, so if we've marked it as sold out on the website then its definitely sold out.
We Got Tickets says 'Contact Venue' - What does that mean?
We Got Tickets take an event offsale at 6pm on the day of the concert. If it doesn't say that it's sold out on the website then there is a very good chance that tickets will be available on the door.
