(Alternative) Manners Of Living presents Danish musician and visual artist Hasfeldt.
With London based musicians Mirror Organs and Misha Faulty.
Martin Jon Hasfeldt is a Copenhagen-based artist who works in domains such as performance, visual and auditory art. His artistic diversity is evident in his varied musical expression, producing from club-like break-beat as well as ambient and contemporary sound. Realtime synthesized samples, orienting the listener in distorted everyday spaces and moods.
He has released music on Posh Isolation and Janushoved.
Mirror Organs is the musical project of London-based musician Bene Pooley. Eschewing traditional genre boundaries to create a fluid sonic sound palette, sculpting music suited as much for late night urban wanderings as it is for dark, sub-frequency filled clubs.
Last year saw the release of "Sunless" an album for Porto based ambient label Eastern Nurseries, as well as a two-track longform release "Be The Same Again" on Display Series.
Misha Faulty’s music sweats through heaving sobs, snot bubbles leaking from nostrils. Spasming in noise and curdled club rhythms in an ongoing panic attack, she draws influence from body horror and deafness. Having self-released an EP, I Trusted You in 2022 she will be releasing an album on Multibody Records in 2024.
